Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fabtec.co.in, we strive to provide high-quality products and seamless service. Our Refund/Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at care@fabtec.co.in with your order details.
  • Cancellation by Fabtec:
    • In case of issues such as unavailability of the product, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel orders. You will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • We have a strict no-cash return policy. Refunds are provided only in the event of product defects, wrong products delivered, or order cancellations initiated by Fabtec.
    • Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used, or damaged post-delivery, or for reasons such as a change of mind.
  • Process for Refunds:
    • If you receive a wrong or defective product, you are eligible for an exchange as per our return policy (see below). If an exchange is not possible, we will initiate a refund.
    • For orders paid via credit card, the card will not be charged in case of cancellations. If paid by debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded within 3 business days of cancellation. The actual refund credit may take 7-15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
    • If you do not receive the refund within this time, please check with your bank and contact us at care@fabtec.co.in.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
    • Products must be returned if defective or incorrect within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.
    • If the product meets these criteria, we will arrange for a pick-up and issue an exchange or refund.
  • Non-Eligibility:
    • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging and tags will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
    • No returns will be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color dissatisfaction.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Items

  • Custom Orders: Orders that are customized or made-to-order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for return or refunds unless defective.

5. Force Majeure

Refunds and cancellations may be delayed in cases of force majeure events, such as:

  • Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Strikes (transport or shipping strikes)
  • Legal restrictions (curfews, emergencies)
  • Epidemics/Pandemics
  • Information system breakdowns (cyber-attacks, internet outages)
