We partner with reputable logistics companies such as Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. We strive for fast, reliable, and courteous service from the moment your order is processed to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed between Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 24 to 72 hours.
    • Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are typically shipped the same day, provided payment is confirmed, stock is available, and security checks are completed.
    • Orders placed after 1 PM or during weekends and holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Delivery Time:
    • After dispatch, it typically takes 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your location.
    • Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on factors like product availability, delivery address, and unforeseen logistical circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping across India, covering over 18,000 pin codes. Our serviceability can be checked on the product details page.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • If you do not receive your order within 7-10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please reach out to our support team at care@fabtec.co.in with your order details, and we will assist you.

5. Delivery Address

Each order is shipped to a single address provided at the time of payment. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed for each destination.

6. Returns and Refunds

We have a strict no-cash return policy. We ensure careful packaging and quality checks to deliver the correct product. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer exchanges as per our return policy.

  • If we need to cancel any item from your order:
    • For credit card payments, you will not be charged for canceled items.
    • For debit card or net banking payments, refunds are processed within 3 business days. However, depending on your bank’s processing times, the actual credit may take 7-15 business days.
